It is practice policy that any patients who fail to attend three appointments (this includes short notice cancellations), may not be seen again on the NHS. Please note, private appointments (including hygienist sessions) are liable for fees for failed appointments as per practice policy.

Independent Fee List

One of the great things about being an NHS practice is having the option to choose what type of treatment you would like i.e. whether you would like NHS treatment or private treatment or BOTH. The NHS provides essential treatment necessary to restore your mouth to full health. There are alternative options which you can consider when selecting what treatment you would like and below is an outline of the all the costs involved. Please note that the independent fee list should be used as a guide only and prices may vary depending on the clinical situation.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the treatment you have received, please don't hesitate to discuss this with your dentist or the practice manager, and we will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome.
