At New Cross Dental Practice we will provide you with a written treatment plan and estimate of fees at your examination appointment.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash. Debit and credit cards, as well as Apple and Google Pay. We do not accept cheques or American Express.
We offer a pay-as-you go policy. Treatments involving laboratory work and those deemed complex will require a deposit before booking subsequent appointments.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your dental appointment, or 48 hours for hygienist appointments.
A missed dental appointment means lost clinical time to the practice and deprives other patients of the opportunity to benefit from this time. It is practice policy that any patients who fail to attend three appointments (this includes short notice cancellations), may not be seen again on the NHS. Please note private appointments (including hygienist sessions) are liable for fees for failed appointments as per practice policy.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the treatment you have received, please don't hesitate to discuss this with your dentist or the practice manager, and we will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome.
